Our Premium Pasture Pork

How we raise our pork

Our pork is raised using regenerative farming practices. We rotate pigs and cattle together across pasture, allowing the land to naturally recover and improve over time.

All of our pigs are born and raised right here on the farm. They live outdoors with plenty of space to roam, root, and grow the way they’re meant to.

Their feed is grown and harvested on our farm—non-GMO, soy-free, and fermented with Jersey milk to support gut health and natural growth.

We never use antibiotics of any kind—just clean feed, fresh air, and responsible stewardship.

Why Our Meat Tastes Better

The difference is in the care.

Pigs on pasture get to roam, root, and forage—just like they’re meant to.

  • Lower stress = healthier animals

This translates directly into higher-quality meat.

Adding milk (or whey) to a pig’s diet boosts both nutrition and flavor.

  • Higher in healthy fats (more omega-3s)

  • Richer, more tender meat

  • Naturally enhanced marbling

  • It’s similar to how dairy-finished animals develop a premium flavor profile.

.Pasture pork isn’t just different—it’s better for you.

  • More vitamins like B12 and D

  • Higher levels of iron and zinc

  • Better fat profile vs. conventional pork

The best pork ever !

  • Whole and half hog

Buying pork in bulk is a simple way to stock your freezer with high-quality, locally raised meat while saving money per pound. You get a variety of cuts—from chops and roasts to bacon and sausage—all from animals raised with care. It’s convenient, cost-effective, and gives you peace of mind knowing exactly how your food was raised and handled

  • Variety packs

If a whole or half hog feels like too much, there are still great ways to enjoy pasture-raised pork in smaller, manageable amounts. Variety packs and sampler boxes give you a mix of cuts—like chops, roasts, bacon, and sausage—without needing a large freezer or big upfront commitment.
